Honeydew Community Policing Forum Mission Statement

"To make Honeydew a safer precinct for all."

Welcome to the website of the Honeydew Community Police Forum (CPF).

This site is here to make you aware of crime trends in Honeydew, enable you to communicate with the CPF and the Honeydew Police Service, keep you abreast of goings on in the community and provide resident associations a platform to communicate with their residents.

Honeydew is known far and wide for the good work done by the CPF and the present committee intend to build on this reputation and work towards making Honeydew a safer area for all residing in it. Please go to the CPF page to see where help is required in the precinct and where you can assist.

We can only succeed if we have the help and support of all the residents in Honeydew.

We trust that you will find this site of great use and that it is informative. This is a community based web site so your comments and input into this site would be greatly appreciated. Please e-mail the Webmaster or the Chairman with any comments or suggestions

This serves to confirm that NO-ONE may call their organisation or themselves the Honeydew Community Police Forum or the “CPF”. According to the Community Policing Forum Reference Manual, Gauteng Province, Department of Community Safety, there may NOT be more than ONE CPF per police station.

The Executive Committee of the Honeydew Community Police Forum is the umbrella body and an organisation or body can be affiliated to the CPF Sub-forums. An example would be a Residents Association or Street Committee (with its own unique name with no reference to the CPF), which is affiliated to the CPF Sector Crime Forum for the area in which the organisation falls.

If anyone is approached by people claiming to be the Honeydew CPF or representing the CPF, for fundraising or donations please verify this by calling 011-801-8576.

Honeydew CPF Chairman
